My 15 year old son keeps getting a collection call from TX energy on his cell phone. He has has this phone number for over 2 years. The sad thing about it is we have never had services with this electric company. When I called up to ask them to stop calling they stated "We can not unless we give them an account number". I then requested their representative Fernando to connect me with a supervisor he then stated "no I can not, unless you have a account number". This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
