I started a Loan Modification with Fidelity Law Group back in September of 2009 and to this date which is now May 3, 2010 I did not receive any paper work or information in regards to my modification. At the very beginning of the process I would call and leave a message because I never got a real person. Either later that day or the next day someone would call me and say "We are talking to your bank and the negotiations are going well, we should have more information for you by next week."
