I went to purchase two tennis raquets at dicks sporting goods in chattanooga tn and learned they did not offer a stringing service for the raquets they sold. I did not make the purchase and this is hard to understand! After getting home i made a phone call to dicks to ask if the had certain treadmill in stock, waited on hold for over 8 minutes. I never see adult managers (over age 30) in the store and wonder if this lack of mature leadership could be the reason of what i have experienced as poor customer service.
