Bank of America reduced my credit lines to $5K from $55K even though I called them to straighten out a mistake made in a balance transfer from another bank and they said they would restore the credit line. Banks measure credit line by using amount of available vs. outstanding credit. Now we will have a never ending cycle of credit card limit deductions, each justified by the previous one. I spent an hour with the bank explaining it the first time. They agreed to correct it, and now it is 10x worse than before. Unless they resolve this satisfactorily, I will never do banking with Bank of America again. read full review »
