I have 2 complaints: 1) Uverse Voice mail will download my phone messages to Firefox (or IE8) upon request, and will attempt to open either Windows Media Player (or iTunes) upon media selection--BUT, it will not open the message an play it. 2) I called them twice and spent over six hours trying to fix the problem with 7 different people. I got many explanations about what the problem might be and a number of potential fixes.
