This bank represents several clothing catalog sales companies like Chawicks, BFA, etc. I have sent a copy of my fianancial POA letter twice, asking them to PLEASE stop sending clothing catalogs to my elderly mom who constantly orders and gets herself into messes. They refuse and say I need a notarized, original-type document. All other banks and insurance companies have readily accepted my documentation except this outfit. They seem to be money-hungry sharks with little soul, I think. read full review »
