One month ago, I picked up a walmart prepaid Visa Card to do some online shopping. Iasked the cashier if itwas already to go, She said, " yes". However, when I went to use it I had to activate it by the code on my reciept. I had already tossed it in the trash. It took 3 trips to walmart to get a copy of my reciept. I then called with that activation number. Even though this was a prepaid card, I had to give my name address, birthdate, sociaol security # to a computer voiced program.
