I've ordered one pair of boots for my upcoming deployment. Shipping was listed as 5-6 days via UPS. There were no indications on the website that the item was not in stock. After one week of waiting and one additional week of unsuccessful attempts to contact customer service, the only response from Botach Tactical was a charge to my credit card in the amount of $104.26 for the boots I've never received. I'm less than one week from overseas deployment. With no response from Botach Tactical, I had to buy those boots somewhere else. This company is a joke.
