I ordered a 30 day trial offer for a cost of £2.67 which was taken from my credit card account on 10th March 2010. Since then this company has made two further withdrawals from my account, one for £27.46 on 24th March 2010 and another for £26.90 on 23rd April 2010. I have contacted my bank, HSBC, who say I must register a complaint with the company before they will take further action, but I am unable to find any way of contacting the company. Can you help?
