Due to lack of work we are behind on our bills. We have been making the payments to Allegheny Power every month but they are late. Because we are late they are charging us with a 281.00 security fee. I think this is a unfair fee. We can never get caught up if they keep adding more. This is corporate greed. We have lived here for 30 years and have been a loyal customer.
