The unbelievably poor quality of service with MetroPCS is distressing. I purchased a $50.00 plan to have unlimited talk, text and web. The web is NEVER available. ANYWHERE. The talk on the brand new phone I bought from them is very poor quality sound and difficult to understand most of the time. Dropped calls every minute or two and there is absolutely NO service in many, many areas of Southern California. The only thing that seems to work pretty well is the TEXT feature. I'm new to texting, and I really enjoy it. But everything else about this company and the new Samsung 3G phone is a disaster. read full review »
