I called customer care center and suspend my account and all the lines under this account. I am told there will be just $10 charge but they charged me regular monthly price. When I came back to US. I noticed that and called TMobile. They offered me $25 deduction from my next bill. And it happened again on March. They cahrged me when I was out of US. They apologized again but I am really dissatisfied and find this website from google to post my complaint. read full review »
