I experienced the worst customer service when directed to a Sprint supervisor. After calling several times, having trouble with my phone, the answer I got was "there's nothing we can do." I have been a loyal Sprint customer for over 5 years. All I wanted was a phone that works and the tech support told me that the phone has issues that the company hasn't been able to resolve.
