I will never use H&R Block again. The idiots there forced us to drive back to their office 6 times. This lasted for three days, the last day was four visits on April 15, from 11 am until 10 PM! They gave us wildly different numbers each time. I have zero faith in their skills and will be paying (again!) a real accountant to check and amend our return. To add insult to this frustration, when I privately expressed my opinion of their incompetence to my spouse, the moron girl who first messed up stood up and began verbally berating us.
