I ordered Time Warner Cable Internet service from them. In the advertisement, it stated that the monthly charge would be $34.95, and the speed would be up to 15Mbps. What I actually got is Road Runner Basic 3Mbps, and $39.99 per month. I called time warner cable three times, and they said I ordered from offerwire, and the promotion was also offered by Offerwire.
