My first impression of this mover when I called caused me to give up and look elsewhere. Made a rude comment to me about "let me see if I understand what you said in 100 words in 2 minutes." Was that really necessary? Some of us are new at this and need patient, gentle guidance on how to navigate a move successfully. I teach statistics (tough subject matter) and would never think of saying something like that to my students.
