I purchased a HP Pavillion dv9000. It started to have problems within the 1st month by just shutting down at random, the fonts and icons would change size dramatically and finally the screen has gone black permanently. Throughout the whole time HP would not replace what was clearly a malfunctioning unit as I made repeated calls to their pathetic call centre just to keep it barely running. NOW it is out of warranty and they want nothing to do with my pre existing case. HP products are low grade and the way they treat their customer is even lower.
