Been having some problems with QVC. I have been using them for some time and never had any complaints but lately i am having a billing dispute on a purchase i made and i cant seem to get anyone on the phone to speak with about this. Is their a main number to call where they can answer questions from customers about prices and exchanges. I like using them but i need to be able to speak to an employee when i have a complaint. read full review »
