After several days of shipping delay the company shipped my order without the city or state entered on the address. Needless to say I never got it. I made several calls to find out where the product was and after about 3 weeks called to cancel the order at which time they told me that they had received it back (about a week ago now) because they forgot the address. They never called or emailed to tell me that they had received it back. The sales person was polite and said they would credit my card back but it took several more calls and about a month for them to do it. read full review »
