I purchased a 42" tele for my parents Friday 11/27 at HH GREGG but have regrets doing any business with them at all. If I had more time (I was visiting from out of town) I would have left the store without further to do. They were not knowledgeable of anything other than their service agreements. I picked a set out and wanted it rung up quickly because my dad was in the store and I didn't want him to know what I was doing. I explained this to the clerk.
