My Oasis Washer is 2 years old and has a chronic problem with the "Balance Alarm". It was Tinkered with but not fixed and now the warranty has expired. Sears offered to sell us an extended warranty for $119.00 to cover labor. The parts will be $300 to $400. This is unacceptable. Sears is selling warranties, not decent appliances. We will not purchase another Kenmore appliance ( or any like product) from Sears again. I cannot reccomend Sears and suggest people shop elsewhere. read full review »
