The same thing happened to me. The shipping was supposed to be free and then all of these charges appeared on my bank statement. I tried calling the company several times and the hold time was very long and then the phone disconnected every time. I have sent several emails with no response. So, then finally I got my bank involved by having my debit card canceled and I filed claims against those charges and I got my money back. read full review »
