I purchased website development services from Hit Web Design in Dec 2009 and paid in full $300. In Jan 2010 after taking with one of their "account reps" I decided to cancel the serivce because of the requirement that you must host with them for one year. this was not disclosed previously. Well I was told that a refund will take 6 - 8 weeks (why???) and it isw now May 2010 and I am still waiting for my refund. What is the issue with this company?
