My service was ending with XM radio service, I originally bought and paid for 3 years of service and was not going to keep the service any longer. I received a renewal form to extend the Xm service, so I wrote on the form and said cancel my account in bold lettering. I also called to cancel the service after receiving another notice. Two months later they are calling my cell phone to get me to extend my service. They flood my phone with calls asking me to extend my service.
