Today I received a telephone bill from NetOne international for $6.05. But the fact is I am currently a customer of Startec Inc. as my long distance service provider. So to understand what is going on, I called NetOne's customer service telephone number, and their recorded message asked me to select several option and finally got the recorded message of "I am the 11th caller on the line, and my waiting time is around 2 minutes", this message repeated for almost 5 minutes with the waiting customers number going down, and finally... read full review »
