I was double charged when I refilled my minutes over the phone. I am now 30 hours into trying to get this resolved and I still have no results. Due to the double charges, I now have a giant amount of overdraft fees as I did not have an extra 46.08 in the account to cover the double charges. Now they will NOT make it right. They were not even going to credit me the amount they double charged let alone any bank fees. Still waiting to hear from corporate and I am 3 days and 30 hours and not a dime has been refunded. read full review »
