Poor communication. Item not in stock, even though showing in stock. Website does not allow you to cancel order. Can't automatically generate a Return Authorization on an order I received, (their automated didn't work). Sporadic emails, first working with a person, than get a generic email. Email address for service doesn't work (replied to one of their messages). In short, frustrating and time-consuming to do business with. read full review »
