We purchased a 5 piece leather living room set from Levitt's.We were talked into a Guardsman five year warranty for an additional 1400.00 .We were told the warranty covered everything except pet damage.We had the furniture for about a year when the seams on the sofa and love seat started tearing and their was some fading on all the pieces.After calling them and filling out the forms, mailing them certified.We were denied.they told us they don't cover seams but they do cover fading but since the seams were ripped we had to get them repaired first.They will not cover ANYTHING PERIOD THE COMPANY IS A SCAM.. read full review »
