In the past two weeks I have had parcels left on the doorstep by UPS in pouring rain with no plastic bag or wrapping of any kind. This resulted in the shipments being ruined. There is often no one at home during the day and parcels left in this way are always subject to the vagaries of the weather. The United States Parcel Service seems to do better and will wrap a parcel which usually keeps it safe. The delivery drivers of UPS pay no attention to the weather, is this normal company policy? If so, I am going to do everything possible to avoid using the Useless Parcel Service whenever possible. read full review »
