Unbelievable! Ordered a bedroom set from Room Store in Ahwautkee Arizona, it was delievered damaged, the nail was put through the foot board and the price stickers were not removed and thus removed the finish! I called that day and spoke to customer service and was told that I would have to call the store and the manager would have to handle it.
