My wife and I came in to your new Lakeville Store off of Orchard Trail in Minnesota, We were planning on buying Christmas gifts for our kids, so we started at the Mac department, after waiting around 10 minutes were looking around wondering if anyone was working in the store, So we finally started our search for help, When we finally found someone they told us we had to get our help at the front counter at the geek department, so we went up there and she had no idea what we wanted and was rude.
