I love shopping at Target, but not the Target in Porterville. There is always a problem that happens everytime i shop there. A few weeks back my partner and i were at the Porterville location, my partner has to have the riding cart since he has very bad knees, all the carts (5) were dead so i asked for the manager who explained to us that they had been used all day, but it was morning and soon we were joined by an elderly lady wanting a cart and when the male manager told her the same false story she said she was going to Wal-mart and left... read full review »
