This is just horrible. First of all, the rep wouldnt leave us alone at first, now that we need her, we can't find her. My husband misplaced her business card. I have called crescent many times. Every time I am told the same thing...we are in Texas and don't have her information. Long story short, we switched to go with them, it has been 13 days, 10, 000 plus to be deposited, and NOTHING.
