I went for an oil change, gave my keys at 11:04am and was returned the car at 12:58pm. While I was sitting there and watching thru the glass, the sales guys gave preference to another customer who brought in Washington Flyer Taxi. The guy who was working on my car was pull out to take care of the cab. I even brought it to attention to one of the other sales person, but he did nothing nor had the courtesy to revert back.
