Direct TV has lied, committed fraut from day one with us. We were told we could get local channels and no contract. After hook up we were told we had a 2 year contract and no local channels. We could get the major channels at $3.50 per month per channel. These channels are New York, and LA. WE live in Texas! And cannot get NBC. I called to drop the premium channels, the next month they were not dropped and we received a $36 charge. I called and they stated "the last call was dropped". It was not dropped! It will cost us $300.00 to get out of this contract. You call that Customer Service. I think not. read full review »
