I was contacted by Alan Johnson from VSAM in January of 2009. With the economy in the U.S. the way it was I was too willing to accept a too good to be true offer. Afte the contracted 180 days to sell my timeshare, I contacted the company to get my refund. I was told to send them a certified letter explaining the need for a refund and that upon their reciept of the letter they would process my refund and send me a money order for $350 in 6-8 weeks.
