Wells Fargo and FEMA are out to get the average person. They are requiring flood insurance on my property which has never flooded, they just decided to increase the map coverage area. WTF never flooded in 97 or 2009 when a lot of Richland County did. The cost of insurance was in the thousands, we are refinancing with a credit union, they care.
