We have a service contract with Geek Squad that they WILL NOT HONOR. They have led around a tree for 30 days. Calls to them reveal no records of all previous calls unless the Attorney Genl's office is referenced. Then, they miraculously "see" the history on their screens and vow to fix or junk the TV, but NEVER follow through. Meanwhile, not at all to their surprise, our service contract is dwindling away, and they refuse to follow up with an email, which would put these discussions in writing. We will BOYCOTT BEST BUY for all future electronic/appliance services. read full review »
