I recently requested a coply of my transcript from PCC a school that I attened in 1998/1999. They refuse to release an official copy stating that i still owe them some money. The statute of limitaion has already passed an an external agency has the collection, I have never been contacted about this so called amount that I owe and I had Financial aid at that time so that should have been taken care of. read full review »
