UPDATE: I sued in small claims court in the County of Nevada, CA(where I moved to) and won my case for $1770.00, the defendant didn't show up to court, nor did he appeal within the 30 days allotted. Please note that a reverse phone number search reveals this company is actually C H S Transportation Inc., located at 422 Queens Ln, in San Jose, CA 95112. The address on the quote stated above. Also, their domain name is registered to "we are moving relocations", also on Queens in San Jose. Sean at Stevens provided me a written bid of $1195.75 if I pay cash, which gave me 5% discount from actual quote of $1258.75, a $63 discount.
