We ordered a DVD player for our car in September. We were giving it to our children for christmas. We got it installed after Christmas and didn't work. We sent it back for repair in January. These people are absolute frauds. We have been in contact with Robert Jones by email and when we do get responses, they flat out lie. They were going to send us another product and that was over a month ago. When we email about a refund we get nothing.
