I ordered some cabinet pulls from this company. The merchandise arrived at my house 5 weeks after I ordered. When it arrived one of the 6 pulls was broken and the others didn't quite fit. When I decided to return them I was told there was a 40% restocking fee. And to get a refund for the broken item I had to fill out paperwork, take a picture, wait for someone to call me, etc. Stay away from this company!! read full review »
