I live in Arlington, TX and is a TWC customer for 5 years now. Two years ago I moved to a new address, two blocks away from my original address. During this move I've agreed to upgrade my service to a Digital cable package and DVR services. Over whole I would say I was a satisfied customer and as long as my services are working, I am happy. Unfortunately, in my new address I am in a zone that have a signal level issues, maybe down a long line of other users.
