I purchased the maintenance contract when I had an early problem and they wouldn't come out without an additional charge. I really did not want to, but they said it was the only way around that issue. I told them I was planning on re-roofing in the next year and they said that it was another good reason to buy it as they would come out an re-adjust the dish afterward if it needed it. That was a lie, obviously to get me past that current difficulty since I called them to adjust the dish and they want to charge a service call as it is not covered. I simply cannot wait until March to put their junk equipment on the curb and go back to Dish Network. read full review »
