I've had my mortgage since October 27 1997, since then the loan has been sold to two different companies. Ocwen is currently the holder. My mortgage went from a 180 month term to a 360 month term, the payment has increased, and the interest rate went up! It also went from a conventional home loan to a simple interest only loan. they have no documentation that states i agreed to this action by them!
