on april 30 2010 i ordered a set of 20 postcards... i asked for rush printng and shipping before or by may 6th.. they charged me $120 for this order. by may 6th the night before my presentation, i still had no postcards.. i called and they said for some reason the order got cancelled. I said I didnt cancel it and they kept me on hold for 15 minutes before they came back and said they didnt know why. At this point the order would nto arrive in time. they suppsoedly refunded my money but I was left without a presentation HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERIVICE.. there suppsoed website tracking doesnt work either..stay away! read full review »
