last fall there was an accident in front of my property and a power pole was knocked down onto my property. national grid crews were right there to replace the pole right away but left the fallen one. i called in october and november and was told both times the pole would be removed "right away". winter came so i stopped calling but now that spring is here i called in april and was told the same as above. now it is may and i am fed up. i even sent them a vicious email to no avail! read full review »
