I went online and gave them my credit card # but after realizing that they charged me $19.99 when I thought it would cost $9.99 I tried calling to cancel within the seven days, that was on a Saturday. I called as you cannot email them. i got a recording that their offices were only opened Monday thru Friday. So when I tried to contact them on Monday I kept getting the run around on the phone system that would not allow me to talk to a real life operator.
