I actually don't have a complaint about any Company, but I have a disappointment and sometimes disgusted about people calling customer service departments or companies. I work at a big Corporation which name I'd rather not disclose, we serve customers Nation wide. Since we are so big and have over 1400 branches Nation wide we have a switch board which I am part of the group that operates that.
