Coolerstar / Top & Tech are HORRIBLE! I placed an order with them for some keyboards on 11/17/06 (paid by credit card, they got payment that same day) and we still have not received our order (it is now 12/6/06). For some reason, our order was shipped to NC (we are located in WA) I have been on the phone daily with them - trying to get tracking information. I asked to speak to a Manager or President of the company, and was told that they were not there.
